Childrens pythons are the second smallest python in the world, with adults averaging just 3 feet in length. The background color of this python is a tarnished red, with darker blotches covering the body. The pattern is bold when the snakes are young, but fades as they get older, with some becoming patternless. Childrens pythons live in most habitats within the north-central costal region of Australia.

Because these snakes are from Australia, only captive-bred animals are available. The group we are currently working with is 2.2 with nice reddish coloration.
