Water Python (Laisis fuscus)
This is an uncommon python in herpetoculture today. We currently work with 2.2 Australian specimens. These are very interesting snakes and probably one of the most iridescent of the pythons. Laisis fuscus is a hardy species and not as dependant on water as their common name would suggest. In recent years this species has become increasingly difficult to find in the US market and even more difficult to locate animals of known origin. We are pleased to have them and look forward to adding to the US population of this taxon.
